Mid-Morning Modern is an expansion of painter and installation artist August Henry’s practice. Henry has delved in furniture restoration and upholstery to learn new materials and methods of material application.

The key function of the shop is preservation and eco friendly restoration. They prefer wood and wool, but work with all natural materials. Henry has banned the use of vinyl in the shop and will continue to try and find plastic and petroleum alternatives as they grow.
